PRIVACY POLICY

Sanctum, A Museum of Light · Effective July 19, 2026

The short version: Sanctum collects nothing about you. You walk through, you look at art, you leave. That is the whole transaction.

1. Who we are

Sanctum, A Museum of Light ("Sanctum", "the site") is a virtual museum experience created and operated by DGFari Art ("we", "us"). You can reach us at dgfari28@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Nothing, by design. Sanctum has:

The experience runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do inside the museum, where you walk, what you view, how long you stay, is recorded or transmitted to us. The background music is delivered as an ordinary file with the site itself: no streaming service, no embedded player from another company, and no listening data collected by anyone.

3. Server logs

Like nearly every website, the hosting infrastructure that delivers Sanctum to your browser automatically keeps standard technical logs, typically your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit. Under regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), an IP address can qualify as personal data. These logs are created and retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes under its own policies. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

4. Third-party content delivery

To render the museum, your browser fetches a small number of resources from third-party content delivery networks: the Three.js graphics library, web fonts, and 3D model assets. When your browser requests these files, those services necessarily receive your IP address, as with any web request. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We choose these providers for delivery only; none of them are engaged by us to track you.

5. Children

Sanctum is an art experience suitable for general audiences. Because we collect no data from anyone, we likewise collect no data from children.

6. Your rights

Privacy laws in various regions grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to produce or erase, but if you believe otherwise, or have any privacy question, write to us and we will respond honestly and promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

If Sanctum ever changes in a way that touches your privacy, for example if we add a guestbook or analytics, we will update this page and its effective date before the change goes live.
