TERMS OF USE

Sanctum, A Museum of Light · Effective July 19, 2026

You are welcome here. Walk the halls, sit with the paintings, take the lessons with you. The building itself, however, belongs to its maker.

1. Acceptance

Sanctum, A Museum of Light ("Sanctum", "the site") is created and operated by DGFari Art ("we", "us"). By entering or using the site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, simply do not use the site.

2. Your license to visit

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and experience Sanctum for private, non-commercial enjoyment. Sharing a link, showing a friend, or writing about the experience is welcome and encouraged.

3. What belongs to DGFari Art

The following are the intellectual property of DGFari Art and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws:

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rebrand, or present any of the above as your own, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Requests are genuinely welcome at dgfari28@gmail.com.

4. What does not belong to us

The twenty-eight classical paintings exhibited in Sanctum are in the public domain. Their original creators, from Botticelli to Van Gogh, hold the honor. The background music heard in the museum is likewise not ours: it remains the property of its composers and rights holders and plays for ambience only, and nothing here grants you any license to extract or reuse it. Our copyright claim covers our environment, code, statues, texts, and brand, never the public-domain paintings or the music. Nothing in these terms restricts your independent use of public-domain artworks obtained elsewhere.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent its origin, scrape or repackage it wholesale, or use it in any unlawful way. Do not remove or obscure attribution, copyright notices, or the DGFari Art name.

6. No warranty

Sanctum is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. A virtual museum, like a real one, may occasionally close its doors without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGFari Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms as Sanctum evolves. The effective date above will always reflect the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
